There are always a lot of questions when it comes to fitness. What exercises should I do? How many times a week? When will I see results? That is why I am a Personal Trainer, to try and educate and guide people to healthier lives. Below are answers to some of the most common questions my clients ask. HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?
Fitness is truly my passion and my whole world. I take pride in what I do and work extremely hard to help everyone that puts their trust in my services to not only help them reach personal goals, but to learn to find a healthy lifestyle that has balance to make it easy to maintain the results as well. I am there for all my clients every step of the way and care deeply about each ones sucess.

DO YOU MAKE HOME TRAINING PLANS?
YES! You can get a good workout no matter where you are in the world, at home, at the lake or at the gym. I set you up for success so if having a gym membership is not realistic for you that is fine. I Â have many clients who workout at home with the bare minimum and see amazing results from body weight and band training!

HOW FAST WILL I START SEEING RESULTS?
It really depends on you at the end of the day. Are you pushing yourself in every training session? Are you being true to yourself when it comes down to nutrition (the biggest part)? The key to any goals is consitentcy so if you have that down results will follow. No one can put a date on your results and everyone is so different. The best thing to do is to take it day by day and be 100% with me and yourself and I promise it will pay off.
