This plan is for someone who knows what they are doing when it comes to training, but needs help or guidance when it comes to nutrition. The plans are customized to foods you like and what type of "dieting" will best suit you and your lifestyle. I never want to make someone a diet because everyone can follow a diet, but eventually everyone quits a diet. However when you adapt lifestyle changes that is when you are able to learn to live a healthier life, see progress and maintain that progress.
